Mouse commands are things you can do with clicking the mouse and using modifier keys, such as ctrl, alt, and shift.

Middle Click	Equipment	Pops up a description window of item

Double Click	NPC	Target NPC/Open dialog with NPC
Click	Consumables	Use the item
Click	Buttons	Activate the button
Click	Buff	Get duration of the buff
Right Click	Buff	Remove the buff, if possible.
